1. Do you have a loyalty card programme?

Yes, we do. It’s called the Times Privilege Card. You may go into our members’ page for more details.

2. Why does it take so long to get my Times Privilege Card?

While we try to expedite the processing, applications that are unclear or incomplete can set us back as we try to find the information. We thus strongly advise applicants to write clearly and supply us with the correct information.

3. Can I use my card at Times bookstores in other countries?

Yes, you may use the Card at any of our Times bookstores in Malaysia.

4. I used to receive mail and email from you, but don’t anymore. Why is that?

If you have moved and/or changed your email address, and have not informed us, chances are our mailers are going to your old address and email. Please update us when you move or have changed your email address or mobile number. You may email us at timesbookstores@tpl.com.sg or call us at (65) 6213 9577 between 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) to update your contact information.

5. I don’t live near any of your stores, and don’t want to drive there to find out you’re out of the book I want. Can I call in and reserve and pick up at my convenience?

Absolutely. You may call any of our stores to find out if we carry the book you want, and we will be more than happy to keep it aside for you for 3 days. (Please go to the Outlet page for the outlet nearest to you and its phone number.)

6. Sometimes, I can’t find any of the books I want at any of the bookstores. Can you get it for me?

With access to 4 million English language book titles, we can help search for the book you want. If it’s not available in Singapore, but is still in print, we can order it for you pending availability from the publisher. (Please go to our Special Order page for more details.)

7. My company buys books at huge quantities all the time. Do you deliver?

We do have a Corporate Accounts service that entitles the account to corporate discounts, and free delivery with a minimum purchase of S$500. Please go to the Customer Service page for more details on Corporate Accounts.
